Choose the option that suits you
Directly in the app
- 1Open AI4App on your smartphone
- 2Tap Settings (gear icon, bottom right)
- 3Select My Account
- 4Scroll to Delete Account
- 5Confirm with Delete permanently
Without the app – in writing
If you no longer have access to the app (e.g. lost device, uninstalled).
Note: Please send the request from the email address linked to your account so we can verify your identity.
What data is deleted?
Irrevocably removed
Profile & login
Name, email, password hash, phone number
App content
Employees, customers, appointments, time tracking, notes, documents
Devices & push tokens
FCM / APNs tokens, device IDs, all active sessions
App settings
Language, notifications, theme, personalisation
Linked third-party services
Stripe customer link, OAuth tokens (Google, Apple Sign-in)
What data is retained?
Statutory retention obligations
This data is technically isolated and automatically deleted once the retention period expires.

On archived invoices, personal data is reduced to the legally required minimum (name, address, invoice amount, date).
Processing time
How long deletion takes
Standard processing
after receipt & identity verification
In exceptional cases
for complex requests (Google Play compliant)
If processing is extended, we will notify you by email before the initial 30-day period expires.
Confirmation of deletion
You will receive an email confirmation
After successful deletion you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address linked to your account containing:
- Date and time of deletion
- List of deleted data categories
- Notice of records still retained under § 147 AO
- Reference number for any follow-up enquiries

Your other rights under GDPR
In addition to deletion, you have further rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR: access, rectification, restriction, data portability and objection.
